Metal Melody Lab – Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage & Fees

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard shipping fee: $6.99 per order (flat rate).

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (MST, GMT-7, Denver) will be fulfilled on the same business day.
  • Order processing and fulfillment occur Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Transit & Delivery Time

  • Estimated transit time: 5–10 business days, depending on the destination within the U.S.
  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days, including order processing.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

4. Shipping Delays

We strive to meet our delivery estimates. However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Weather conditions
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If your order exceeds the normal delivery timeframe significantly, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

You are entitled to a full refund or replacement if:

  • Your order is lost during shipping despite correct address information.
  • The shipment is delayed beyond the standard timeframe.
  • The product arrives damaged.

Please report any such issues within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@metalmelodylab.com with your order number and clear photo or video evidence.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete.
  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunds.
  • Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office before contacting us.
  • All refunds, replacements, or returns are subject to the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
